Trevor O’Neil
President
Trevor is a life-long entrepreneur who has led businesses large and small through all phases of growth and development. As a collaborator and strategist, he maintains a keen eye towards profitability while also balancing the needs of employees, clients, and investors.
Trevor also served as Mayor of one of California’s largest cities, where he worked extensively on land use issues, including the city’s housing element update and the approval of many commercial and residential development projects.
Trevor knows and understands the entitlement and development agreement processes from the perspective of city staff and an elected official, which gives him a unique viewpoint and experience that few other real estate development executives possess.
Iris Liu
Managing Partner
Iris is a visionary and dynamic businesswoman with over 20 years of international development and business operations expertise, including 15 years in the EB-5 space on legal, consultant, marketing and due diligence.
She is a solutions-driven executive whose experience includes financial and operational leadership to high-growth project ventures, start-ups and turnarounds. She is known as a strategic financial leader who drives significant gains in revenues and bottom-line profits through crisis management and strategic financial leadership.
Iris is notably decisive and result driven, with outstanding negotiation skills. A kind and gracious communicator with the ability to put others at ease, she quickly builds relationships based on mutual trust and benefit.
Brian Su
Project Advisor
Mr. Su is the esteemed founder and CEO of Artisan Business Group, Inc., a pioneering cross-border consulting firm specializing in investment, risk management, and compliance with a focus on the EB-5 immigrant investor program. With over a decade of experience in international marketing and capital facilitation services, Mr. Su has become a leading authority in advising EB-5 regional centers on compliance, marketing, and due diligence.
His expertise extends to navigating complex cross-border transactions and compliance issues, having advised on projects worth nearly 1 billion dollars across the U.S., Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
In sum, Mr. Brian Su is a seasoned expert in the EB-5 immigrant investor program and an astute global strategist, offering invaluable advice on compliance, marketing, and due diligence to EB-5 regional centers and facilitating successful cross-border ventures.
David Belmer
Director of Development Management
Mr. Belmer has over 35 years of experience in municipal government planning and management. He has held director-level positions in the fields of planning, economic development, redevelopment, and affordable housing. He has served as assistant/deputy city manager for several cities in Orange County. He has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Following his public service career, he served as Director of Housing for an Orange County-based non-profit dedicated to developing and operating housing for the homeless.
David brings to the team his extensive experience with the entitlement review and approval process and his commitment to solution-oriented and collaborative negotiations.
Ross McCune
Director of Construction
Mr. McCune has over 30 years of experience as a General Contractor in the Southern California construction market, specializing in design-build, design-assist, tenant improvements, structural rehabs, concrete tilt-ups, and LEED construction. His approach to construction emphasizes listening to the clients’ needs and delivering results that meet current needs while providing flexibility for the client’s long-term goals. Each development plan incorporates current building codes and innovative options.
